The use of bed linen is always mandatory and is changed every 14 days, incurring a charge of EUR 8 per person per change.

There is also a mandatory cleaning service every 14 days. The costs of this depend on the booked house type.

Note that during check-in, a deposit is charged of an amount of EUR 150 or EUR 250 for type F16.

For business bookings longer than one week, the following deposits are applied:

Type ABCD 8 nights to 20 nights: EUR 300

Type EF 8 nights to 20 nights: EUR 450

From 20 nights (all types): EUR 600

Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of EUR 7 per pet, per night.

No pets are allowed in the studio.
